History
The Oaks complex began in 1984 with the construction of two buildings and the other 13 were added over time. Over the years the Home Owners Association (HOA ) has overseen the maintenance of buildings and grounds to ensure that the assets owned by the residents are protected and the budget is spent wisely. There have been some challenges during the past but the HOA is now in the position of having a multi-year plan for building maintenance and the landscaping of the grounds. The reserve fund is healthy and the Board works to ensure that there is always sufficient reserves for the future viability of the complex.
