Home Owners Association
A 5-7 member Board of Directors is elected at an Annual General meeting held in February of each year. The Board is accountable for the proper governance of the HOA and carrying out the plans contained within the budget. Homeowners are encouraged to join the Board or attend the monthly meetings for the Homeowners Forum – an opportunity to present issues, ask questions or provide feedback.
The Board is guided by the Governing Rules for the Oaks as well as the Bylaws. Officers on the Board are elected by the Board members.
Monthly Board of Directors Meetings
Meetings are held the second Thursday of each month unless otherwise announced. The meetings are held in the office of Wilson Property Management at 1410 Collegiate Circle off Lake Dam Rd. and begin promptly at 6:00 pm.
Homeowners are invited to participate during the first 15 minutes of each meeting – – please be on time!
